It was a welcome return to Strictly Tea Dancing at the luxurious Langham Hotel in central London on Sunday, November 18th, 2012. And what an afternoon and early evening it turned out to be. We must give the biggest thanks to The Langham for all their help and effort, everyone who took part not only on stage and dance floor but those who contributed to the Auction, and also we must not forget yourselves for being there.
We were all treated to such wonderful displays of dancing from ‘The Strictly’ professionals Darren Bennett and Lilia Kopylova, Crystal Main and Shem Jacobs, Karen Hauer and Kevin Clifton. A Freestyle Disco dance provided by 12 year old Chloe Farrow and Sian Moyle gave us all an insight to stars of the future.
Gary Williams and his Musicians were at their fantastic best, giving us an added ‘swing’ to the occasion. A change of tempo by Woman, Pink Champagne and Sing Sisters certainly had the dance floor full and plenty of feet tapping.
Thanks also to Christopher Biggins for handling the Auction so well along with great humour, a total of money received will be announced shortly.
