The Hard Rock’s Rocktober event at the Royal Opera House was a huge success. For the fifth year Hard Rock has supported our family foundation. And by coincidence this year, the event was held on what would have been Caron’s 50th birthday.
To have such a huge international company support us in this way and by them handing over a cheque for £65,000 is superb and very fruitful and we would like to thank all involved at Hard Rock for their extreme effort for putting together such a night.
On the evening, the auction prizes alone raised £85,000 and we are extremely grateful. Entertainment was provided by Alison Moyet who performed a selection of her classic hits including ‘Only You’ and ‘All Cried Out’.
